Add pictures, sounds & sprites
Your game can have art, sounds, and music made just for it. Ask for them in your idea, then swap any of them later.
The easiest way: ask for it
When you type your idea in CREATE or ask for a change in UPDATE, just say what you want in the game:
"Add a boing sound when the frog jumps."
"Make the background a spooky castle at sunset."
FuzzyCode builds the picture, sound, or music right into your game for you.

Swap anything with Game Assets
Want a different frog? A funnier boing? The Game Assets panel shows every picture and sound your game is using, and lets you trade any of them for a new one.
- 1
Open it
Click the puzzle piece button in the toolbar above your game. The Game Assets panel pops up with a list of everything your game uses right now.
- 2
Click the one you want to change
Pick a picture or sound from your game's list first. Now FuzzyCode knows which one you're trading.
- 3
Pick its replacement
Find or make a new one in the tabs (more on those below), then click it. It takes the old one's place in your game.
- 4
Save
Click the save button at the top of the panel. Your game updates, and it counts as a new version, so you can always go back.
Ways to make new stuff
The Game Assets panel has three tabs across the top. Each one both makes new things and lets you browse a big library that's already there.
- Images. Type a picture in the "Describe a picture to make..." box and press MAKE IT: "a castle on a cloud at sunset." Pick Fast AI for quick drafts or a fancier one for special art. Not sure what you want? Browse the ready-made pictures by category (Critters, Blocks & Walls, Items & Coins, and more), or search.
- Animated Characters. This tab makes sprites that move: your hero walking, jumping, facing left and right. Perfect for platformers.
- Sounds & Music. Switch between Sound FX and Music, describe what you want ("video game powerup"), and press MAKE IT. Boing! Zap! Victory music! There's a big library to browse here too.
Everything generated on FuzzyCode gets checked to stay kid-friendly. If your idea gets blocked and you think that's wrong, ask your grown-up to check it with you.
