For parents

Plans & billing

Current plans and prices live on the pricing page. This guide covers how billing behaves: kid slots, changes, hiccups, and the question everyone asks; what happens to the projects if I cancel?

If a payment fails

Your family's projects don't vanish over a card hiccup. While billing is unsettled, AI features wait (your kid will see that making new things is paused) until the subscription is active again. Fix the payment method in Billing and everything resumes.

If you cancel

Pre-launch archive validation

Cancelling can put the family account into archive mode while building and editing are paused. During this pre-launch release, automated archive-expiry and deletion controls run in report-only mode and do not delete production data. Parents may still request verified deletion through Privacy & your rights.

Current testers can ask about restore availability or request verified deletion; see Privacy & your rights. Final archive periods will be published only after the production controls are approved and proven.

Common questions

Can I have more kids than my plan's slots?

You'll be asked to move to a plan with enough slots before adding more kids. Existing kids and their work are never deleted by a plan change.

Where do I get invoices or update my card?

Billing in the Parent Hub opens Stripe's secure portal for invoices, payment methods, and plan changes.

Is pricing the same everywhere?

The pricing page is the single source of truth. If marketing material ever disagrees with it, the pricing page wins; tell us via the contact form so we can fix the stray copy.
